Meet Oliver — The Story Behind Aqua Ollie
When Oliver underwent major hip surgery, his road to recovery hit an unexpected wall: no physical therapists were available. Faced with a child who needed to move, strengthen, and heal — but couldn’t access traditional therapy — his family turned to the water.
The buoyancy and resistance of aquatic movement became Oliver’s physical therapy. But standard flotation gear wasn’t designed for children with special needs. It restricted movement, created pressure points, and didn’t support the body positions Oliver needed to rebuild his strength.
So we built something better.
